Plegian Torch (Japanese:ペレジアの燭台Plegian Candlestick) is a weaponskill in thegreen tome category which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes. When its user is not adjacent to any allies, Plegian Torch magnifies any penalties on the foe'sattack andresistance.
