Playful Pinwheel

Playful Pinwheel (Japanese:風車Pinwheel) is a weaponskill in thedagger category which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; it is apersonal weapon of the wind variation ofClaude. When its user'sHP is not low, Playful Pinwheel neutralizes effects that guarantee the foe'sfollow-up attacks, prevent its user's follow-up attacks, or convert bonuses to penalties; boosts its user's stats; and reduces its user's special cooldown count when their attack could trigger their special.
