Phantom Speed

Phantom Speed (Japanese:速さの虚勢Speed Bluff) is a Sacred Seal skill, which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes. Phantom Speed exists in three tiers:Phantom Spd 1,Phantom Spd 2, andPhantom Spd 3. When a unit has Phantom Spd equipped, theirspeed is considered to be higher when it is compared to another unit's for a skill. Phantom Spd was available through theResonating Fangs Tempest Trial, and is available through theSacred Seal Forge.
