Paulus (Japanese:パウルスPaulus) is aboss appearing inChapter 14 ofFire Emblem: Thracia 776. He is a baron from theEmpire and the commander ofList andBaldack.
Role
Paulus leads the second wave againstTarrah inChapter 14 after the failure ofList in theprevious chapter. He appears to not support the invasion but goes through with it anyway out of a sense of duty.
It is possible that Paulus is killed byLeif's forces or that Leif's defend Tarrah without killing him.

Personality
As a minorboss Paulus has little dialogue and few obvious character traits. He seems to be unsure of the invasion ofTarrah and feels guilt at the death of his soldiers due to his uncertainty. If he is killed his last words are wishing forBloom to reconsider the invasion.
