The unnamedPalace King (Japanese:パレス王Palace King) was the twenty-third king ofArchanea prior and during part of theWar of Shadows.[a]
Biography
Palace King was the king of Archanea during A.C. 602 at the latest.[2] Prior to game events, Palace King was said to have indulged in pleasure while neglecting political affairs and his subjects during his rule.[3]
During the War of Shadows, after word of the League's loss at the Battle ofGrust hitPalace,[4] Palace King holed up inside the palace distraught by the news.[4] AfterDolhrian forces began approaching the chamber hiding the royal family,[5] Palace King readied himself for his fate and gave his final order to BishopBoah in secret to ensure the survival ofNyna.[5][6] Nyna refused this outcome,[7] but Palace King forced Boah to useSleep on Nyna after the situation with Dolhr's forces intensified.[8] Afterwards, Palace King died to the enemy,[9] and later his corpse was presented at the castle's gates as an example.[10]
