Pact Blooms (Japanese:約束の花Flowers of Promise Kept) is a weaponskill in theblue tome category which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes. If its user is near an ally, Pact Blooms reduces the foe'sattack andresistance and heals its user when they hit the foe.
