Location

Outrealms (Interrealm Museum)

Boss(es)
Hahaha! I got ya! I'm just kidding. We don't shed blood here. But there IS a kind of competition. And a martial one at that. Y'see, this museum collects weapons from all the other worlds. Warriors from every corner of the Outrealms come here to fight for them. Most of our items are rare─and valuable─so they draw quite the crowd.
— Old Man

Corrin and Felicia/Jakob have arrived at the Interrealm Museum, which Felicia/Jakob describes as havingweapons andtools from all kinds of realms on display; Corrin notes the display is beautiful but asks Felicia/Jakob why they're in the area again, to which Felicia/Jakob states she heard a rumor that there would be an "interesting event" going on that day. Corrin notes Felicia/Jakob's description as a bit vague, to which Felicia/Jakob states that the event is popular by all accounts and she's sure it will be tons of fun; an old man notices Corrin and Felicia/Jakob as being visitors from another world and tells them they're just in time, to which Corrin asks if they're on time for the event and who exactly the old man is. The old man states he is the museum's curator, and he states he'll let Corrin and Felicia/Jakob know that the event is about to start any given second, and they should get down to the exhibit before they get things rolling; Felicia/Jakob notes their timing is perfect and asks Corrin to come along, with Corrin asking the old man what the event exactly is—guessing the event to be a raffle and stating he loves raffles. The old man states the event is a battle to the death, prompting a shocked reaction from Corrin; the old man then states he was just kidding, that they don't shed blood in this area, but the event is a kind of martial competition. The old man states that this museum collects weapons from all the other worlds, and warriors come from every corner of theOutrealms to fight for them; most of the museum's items are rare and valuable and thus draw quite the crowd. Corrin states he would like to see these weapons, that they sound quite impressive—to which the old man suggest Corrin participate in the event as he and Felicia/Jakob are in the area anyway; the old man then asks Corrin to sign a waiver which frees the museum from liability should one of his armydie by accident. After another shocked reaction from Corrin, the old man again states he was joking, but states the contest does get heated—not many contestants are even still conscious by day's end, and the old man asks they don't even get started on their maintenance bills, but states that a tough group like Corrin's army doesn't have anything to worry about; Corrin thanks the old man for the words of warning, after which the old man tell Corrin and Felicia/Jakob to get going and to try to enjoy themselves, to which Felicia/Jakob notes the noise leading her and Corrin into the event.

We cut to where the event is about to take place where Felicia/Jakob notes all of the other people in the area and stating that the event really is popular; Corrin also notes the amount of people in the area and states it almost reminds him of a festival except they're serving violence instead of fried dough. Felicia/Jakob then tells Corrin to look at the treasurechests and states she wonders what's inside them, after which Corrin notes a number of the contestants already have some rare weapons in hand and notes that those are fair game; deducing that they have to beat them up andtake them—stating he's never mugged somebody before and that it seems a little mean, and that maybe they should reconsider participating. Felicia/Jakob states that they've already signed up for the event and they can't go back now, so they may as well try hard to take everything they've got, even the shirts off their backs; Corrin tries to get Felicia/Jakob to stop, but to no avail. The battle begins at this point.

Once the battle ends, Corrin notices that the event is finally over, to which Felicia/Jakob celebrates and asks him to look at how many weapons they got; Corrin states he thinks they can call this battle a victory, that the items they acquired will prove very useful in the days to come. The old man also notices Corrin's army's haul and states they've reaped quite the harvest that day; Corrin states that they did very well and thanks him for telling him about the contest. The old man tells Corrin that he's glad his army enjoyed themselves, but also states there's one thing he thinks is important for Corrin to hear now that they have some time—all of the gear was donated; after a reaction from Corrin, the old man states that the gear was donated by people whose realms no longer know war, who have found everlasting peace and the most precious of blessings, after which Corrin notes that there's hope for his world as well. The old man states that the contestants they fought came from war-torn realms, and every weapon Corrin and his army saw that day was there to obtain weapons to help their homeland; he then states he was glad to meet Corrin and his army and that they were a lively bunch, but it also made him sad—because every new face he sees represents ten thousand others in pain. Corrin states that the contestants were just like them, fighting not for prizes but for their families and homes; Felicia/Jakob apologizes and states she had no idea that's why the event was popular, to which Corrin thanks Felicia/Jakob and states he's glad they came to this area that day, prompting a puzzled reaction from Felicia/Jakob. Corrin then thanks the old man and states that that day was fun despite everything that happened, and also very helpful—they'll keep coming until they find peace, and then once more afterward to donate the weapons they've gathered so others can use them to achieve the same peace; the old man states that Corrin's goal is admirable and that he might have even kindled some hope in his old bones before stating he's about to leave. Corrin tells Felicia/Jakob that they're about to head back, that they have a peace to make, to which Felicia/Jakob agrees.

Note: The returning characters list represents the minimum characterbase recruitable by the point the player can first access the Dragon's Gate. Felicia is only a returning character if Corrin is male, while Jakob is only a returning character if Corrin is female. If more chapters along the chosen main story path are cleared, or if anyparalogues are cleared, the player can have access to characters not listed here by the point the chapter is first started. Asbonus units are recruitable at the player's discretion, the returning characters list does not list them either.

Level scaling data

This chapter's enemy units are subject to level scaling mechanisms that increase their levels as the player makes progress along the main story path. The tables below show the differences between the initial levels of the units and the levels of the units at each particular main story path chapter position. Initial unpromoted units who reach an effective level of 21 will become promoted units of level (effective level −20).

There are three different schedules in which enemies scale at. All initial enemies except the boss are on Schedule 1; the initialSky Knight boss is not part of any of the scaling schedules, and the replacementKinshi Knight boss that first appears in Chapter 16 works on Schedule 3. Schedules for the reinforcements are noted in the "Enemy data" section.

Prior to reaching the Chapter 16 position, this chapter's boss is aSky Knight that is immune to the xenologue's level scaling mechanisms; its stats are the same regardless of whether it's fought at the Chapter 7 or Chapter 15 positions.

From the Chapter 16 position onward

Starting at the Chapter 16 position, the initial boss is replaced by aKinshi Knight that is affected by the xenologue's level scaling mechanisms; from that point through the remainder of the game, its level scales in the same fashion as the remainder of the stage's enemies.

Stats with two figures separated by a ~ are presented as a range. The figures to the left of the ~ are taken from a Chapter 16 playthrough, the point where this boss replaces the initial Sky Knight; the figures to the right of the ~ are taken from a Chapter 25 playthrough, the point where this boss hits level 20 and stops scaling from there. The Pair Up bonuses change upon reaching the Chapter 23 position (the point where theWolfskin the boss is Paired Up with promotes into aWolfssegner).

Strategy

This section details unofficial strategies that may help with completion of the chapter. This may not work for everybody.

This section has been marked as astub. Please help improve the page by adding information.

The boss Sky/Kinshi Knight is capable of unlocking chests to reveal their contents, and will continue doing so until no locked chests remain. Blocking her and the visitors' escape can prove quite effective with two of your stone walls for units, particularly if she's a Kinshi Knight and would make quick work of your fliers with her yumi.

On Hard and Lunatic, the boss hasCounter which can make engaging her in melee unfeasible.

Trivia

  • While thecapture mechanic is usually disabled in xenologues, the reinforcement captains that share portraits with the minor bosses can be captured. Once in theprison, their names and skills are changed to match those of the boss in question.
