Morzas (Japanese:モーゼスMoses) is aManakete ofDolhr, and the boss ofChapter 17 ofFire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light and its remakes,Mystery of the Emblem Book 1 (where it is Chapter 14) andShadow Dragon.

Biography

During theWar of Shadows, Morzas was the leader of the Dolhrian forces besieging theAltean castle, as well as the killer ofMarth's mother,Liza. Marth eventually led theArchanean League into action against Morzas; Morzas was defeated in the ensuing battle.

Personality

Morzas was a Manakete tyrant of extreme cruelty, who delighted in killing humans over any slight, no matter how minor. Morzas enjoyed the fear he received from humans such as Marth. He was a cruel overseer who took pride in the position Medeus gave to him, and his status as a member of the Basilisk. Like many Manaketes, Morzas looked down on humans as inferior to his kind.
