Morgan (Japanese:モルガンMorgan) is anEtrurian general who sold himself out toBern and put in charge of rounding up worthy work on theWestern Isle of Caldonia to be sent to work the mines of Mount Eburacum, and the boss ofchapter 11 of the western route ofFire Emblem: The Binding Blade. Morgan was already having to deal with escapees from the local prison where the potential mine workers were being held whenRoy's army arrived in the area; Morgan would ultimately end up being defeated by Roy's army.

Morgan appears inChapter 11B. He guards Castle Edina on orders fromArcardo. Some slaves that imprisoned in the castle escaped, so Morgan's army pursued them. Unfortunately,Roy's army arrive at the same time to help the slaves. Later, Roy defeats him and freed all the slaves.
