Moonlit Bangle Q (Japanese:華月の腕輪・先Splendid lunar brace · point) is a passive type Bskill which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; Moonlit Bangle Q comes in only one tier. When the foe initiates combat and does not have significantly morespeed than the user, Moonlit Bangle Q allows the user tocounterattack before the foe's first attack; additionally, it reduces the foe's stats during combat, boosts the damage its user deals based on the foe'sdefense, reduces the user's special cooldown count before their firstfollow-up attack, and neutralizes effects that reduce their special cooldown charge.
