Malevolent Text (Japanese:古びた書物Old Book) is ascroll introduced inFire Emblem Fates, existing outside the primary scroll hierarchy ofHoshido. The Malevolent Text is a low-level high-risk high-return weapon: lowaccuracy, loweredAvoid, and harder to launch a follow-up attack, but with respectablemight for its rank, a smallcritical rate, and a boost inSkill.
