Lumera: Dragon Monarch, based on Lumera's appearance inFire Emblem Engage, was first made available from January 18, 2023 – January 25, 2023 as part of the eponymousGrand Hero Battle,Lumera: Dragon Monarch. She is able to be summoned usingHeroic Grails since the 7.3.0 Update on March 6, 2023. Her personal weapon is theMonarch Blade.

Lumera is not fought during the Main Story or any Paralogues. She makes an appearance during story sequences in theForging Bonds eventDark Overlap.

Lumera was the focus of two Grand Hero Party Quest. The first, running from August 4, 2023 – August 5, 2023, and the second, running on February 6, 2026, gave out a 5★ version as a quest reward. She was also the focus of the Grand Hero Battles quests running from January 20, 2024 – January 26, 2024, during which a 3★ version was given out as a quest reward.

She was the first Hero to come withAtk/Spd Scowl andAtk/Spd Ruse 4. Her personal weapon is theMonarch's Stone, and her personal skill isDragon Monarch.

As a Mythic Hero, Lumera is fought during aMythic Hero Battle; unlike other Mythic Heroes, she is fought alongsideMarth: Of Beginnings in the eponymousMarth & Lumera, an "Emblem & Mythic Hero Battle" labeled in-game as aBound Hero Battle, where the reward for beating them on Abyssal is theGold Quality Ribbon. She features in theTactics Drills twice, used duringSkill Studies 222 andSkill Studies 248. I wonder what their relationship is!	Though she comes from another world, she truly is devoted and affectionate to people wherever they may be. Lumera is the Divine Dragon Monarch who ruled over Elyos, home to people and dragons alike, for thousands of years.	Long ago, Elyos was on the verge of destruction at the hands of the Fell Dragon, Sombron. Aided by the Emblems, Heroes from other worlds, Lumera managed to protect her world from this disastrous fate.	However, her child Alear was gravely wounded during the battle, and fell into a deep slumber. For the next thousand years, Lumera watched over both Alear and Elyos.	When Alear finally awoke, Lumera was fatally ambushed by servants of Sombron—but she remained with Alear in spirit.

Lumera is the Divine Dragon Monarch who has long watched over Elyos. But something seems very different about this Lumera compared to the person I know… Something very wrong.	What?! Oh no… It seems that this is the Lumera who was brought back as a Corrupted by the Fell Dragon Sombron after her death!	As one of the Corrupted, Lumera's memories and feelings have been warped, reducing her to little more than one of the Fell Dragon's loyal pawns.	Though she still loves Alear, Lumera now serves Sombron. I just hope that she can find peace soon…
