Enables【Canto (Unit 3×3)】.

Grants Spd+3. At start of combat, if foe's HP ≥
50%, grants Atk/Spd+6 to unit during combat,
deals damage = 15% of unit's Spd, and also,
if foe has bonuses, grants bonus to unit's
Atk/Spd/Def/Res and inflicts penalty on foe's
Atk/Spd/Def/Res during combat = current
bonus on each of foe's stats. Calculates
each stat bonus and penalty independently.

【Canto (Unit 3×3)】
After an attack, Assist skill, or structure
destruction, unit can move to a space within
3 rows and 3 columns centered on unit.

(Once per turn. Cannot attack or assist. After
moving, if a skill that grants another action would
be triggered (like with Galeforce), Canto will
trigger after the granted action. Unit's base
movement has no effect on movement granted.
Granted movement treated as Warp movement.)

【再移動（自分中心に縦横３マス以内）】を発動可能

戦闘開始時、敵のＨＰが５０％以上の時、
戦闘中、攻撃、速さ＋６、
ダメージ＋速さの１５％、かつ
敵が強化を受けていれば、
戦闘中、自身の攻撃、速さ、守備、魔防が
敵が受けている強化の値だけ上昇し、
敵の攻撃、速さ、守備、魔防が
敵が受けている強化の値だけ減少
（能力値ごとに計算）

【再移動（自分中心に縦横３マス以内）】
自分から攻撃、補助、地形破壊の行動をした後、
直後に自分を中心とした
縦３×横３マス以内に移動できる

（攻撃、補助、地形破壊不可）（１ターンに１回のみ）
（行動直後に再行動可能にするスキル発動時は、
　再行動で条件を満たせば、再移動が可能）
（再移動できる距離は、通常の移動の距離とは無関係）
（ワープ移動として扱う）
