TheLightsphere (Japanese:光のオーブLight Orb), known as theLight Orb insome earlier translations, is one of the fiveorbs of theBinding Shield fromArchanea. It is known by the nameArgent (Japanese:白炎White Flame) during the time ofFire Emblem Awakening, and is still set into the Fire Emblem before the other orbs are added again.
It negates enemies'terrain bonuses when facing its holder in battle. It also negates the effects of theDarksphere inMystery of the Emblem andits remake, allowing its holder to inflict damage on the Dark EmperorHardin. InAwakening, it is never present in any units inventory.
