Laconic Axe grants Canto (2) to its user; boosts the stats of allies in rows or columns near the user's; allows the user and their support partner (or their ally with the highest HP) to strike twice when near each other's row or column; and when the user is near an ally's row or column or initiates combat, it boosts their stats, boosts the damage they deal and reduces that of the foe, neutralizes effects that reduce the user's special cooldown charge, and heals the user after combat.
