TheKnight Crest (Japanese:騎士の勲章Knight's Medal), known as thePaladin's Honor inShadow Dragon & the Blade of Light, is one of severalpromotionitems in theFire Emblem series.
InShadow Dragon & the Blade of Light, it was used to promotecavaliers topaladins. FromMystery of the Emblem onwards, its use was extended to promoteknights togenerals and, inThe Sacred Stones, to promote both cavaliers and knights toGreat Knights. In the remakes of the Archanea games,Shadow Dragon andNew Mystery of the Emblem, it was replaced by theMaster Seal. The knight crest is available in five games:Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light,Mystery of the Emblem,The Binding Blade,The Blazing Blade, andThe Sacred Stones.
