Javelin
- Not to be confused with theIron Javelin,Steel Javelin, orSilver Javelin.
| ||||
|
TheJavelin (Japanese:手槍Hand Spear) is a rangedlance which debuted inFire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light and appears in every game in the mainFire Emblem series. It is the most basic and common of the throwing lances, able to attack at both close and distantrange. However, in exchange for this uncommon advantage among lances, it is more difficult to use than basic, close-range lances such as theIron Lance, typically being slightlyweaker, much lessaccurate, and more difficult if not impossible to use to performfollow-up attacks.
