Isaiya (Japanese:イサイヤIsaiya) is a captain inBegnion's Imperial Occupation Army inDaein. He was part of an operation in Nevassa to prevent theDawn Brigade from escaping the city, and he was the leader of the squad guarding the alleyway whichMicaiah and the Brigade chose to break through to escape.

Role

Isaiya is the boss ofPart I, Chapter 1 and acts as thecommander of the Occupying Army units in this chapter. In Easy Mode, the chapter'sobjective is to defeat Isaiya. In Normal and Hard Mode, the objective is to reach the escape points at the top of the map, one of which Isaiya stands upon, so it is possible to kill the other unit occupying them and end the chapter without fighting him.
