Interwoven Destinies (Japanese:紡がれる運命Spinning Destiny) is the premonition chapter ofFire Emblem Warriors. This chapter serves as the basic tutorial, as well as preview of some of the upcoming characters and story.

Plot

In an unknown time and place,Rowan andLianna is telling an off-scene enemy that they will defeat them. They are joined by severalwarriorsfrom differentworlds, vowing that their bonds can conquer any foe. After defeating the monsters, Rowan or Lianna declares they will defeat theChaos Dragon before the player is presented with a rapid montage of scenes yet to come.

Strategy

Before the story begins, you are made to choose whether Rowan or Lianna is your main protagonist. Rowan is better in every way that counts - he has better stats across the board except Magic and Resistance, and Lianna's version ofChapter 20 is bugged in a manner that makes postgame farming less convenient. Still, if you absolutely feel the need to pick Lianna it's by no means the end of the world.

Your playable characters cannot lose their last bit of HP during this chapter, making defeat impossible.

The game leaves it rather vague on what you should be doing: you must defeat the four monsters, each located near one of the Warriors. After defeating all four, head to the new revealed staircase to clear the chapter.

Trivia

• Despite Rowan and Lianna having their personal swords,Enliron andFacinna, they do not deal their typicalbonus damage to Outrealm Fiends.
• This is the only chapter that cannot be replayed in any form inFire Emblem Warriors.
