Infantry Pulse

Infantry Pulse (Japanese:歩行の鼓動Walking pulse) is a four-tiered passive type Cskill which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known asInfantry Pulse 1,Infantry Pulse 2,Infantry Pulse 3, andInfantry Pulse 4 in order from lowest to highest. Infantry Pulse reduces the special cooldown counts of any allied infantry units with lessHP than the user; the amount of HP less than the skill's user needed decreases with the skill's tier.
