TheHatchet (Japanese:なげおのThrowing Axe) is a rangedaxe exclusive toFire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. It is alighter andmore accurate counterpart to theHand Axe with greatly improveddurability. However, it is balanced by being significantlyweaker than the Hand Axe and being only available once in the entire game, being found inRoss's possession when he joins the party.
