Grief (Japanese:嘆きの獣Grief of the Beast) is aHistory Mode map inFire Emblem Warriors. It is inspired byChapter 5 andChapter 23Revelation ofFire Emblem Fates. It is unlocked after clearingChapter 5 of the main story after purchasing theFatesdownloadable content pack.

Grief/Script
Camilla is fatally injured and asks ifCorrin (male) is unharmed. Enraged, Corrin suddenly turns into adragon.Azura tells Corrin not to lose himself before attempting to sing to him, only for Corrin to attack her. However her begging gets though to him, and Corrin is able to shapeshift back into his human form. Corrin is shocked about what he did to Azura, in which she tells him not to worry about it, and then he asks about the people in the devastated town.Leo angrily blames Corrin for what happened to Camilla and the town, in whichRyoma,Hinoka, and Azura all step in and tell him to stop it. Just then another Corrin (female) appears, in whichXander and Ryoma quickly recognize thatVelezark has brought her as his puppet from another world. Azura directly confronts the second Corrin, in which Corrin declares she will kill her but also that looking at her gives her a headache. Ryoma also tries to confront the possessed Corrin only to be held back bySakura. After defeating her, Corrin then tells Azura she remembers and thanks her before disappearing. The first Corrin then declares that Velezark will pay for what he did.
Summary
Corrin has lost a family member to an enemy attack. Losing himself, he goes on a rampage, but a mysterious song envelops him.

Mission deployment
- Start of map:
- After clearingCorrin Fort Defense Lv. 32:
- Another Corrin, anOutrealm Fiend, 2Myrmidons, aWyvern Lord, anArcher, aMage, aGreat Knight, and aPegasus Knight will appear.
- After clearingCorrin Grief Lv. 65 and reopening the map:
- 4 Space-Time Distortions will appear.
- After collecting all theAnna's Mementos for the "A Burdened Heart" illustration:
- Anna will appear.

The first object of the map is to reach Corrin, who will be in his dragon form. After clearing his mission, a second Corrin will appear. Reach and clear her mission to complete the map's story.
Trivia
- This is the only History Mode map to use a DLC character as the map controllable character, in this case Azura.
