Gomer (Japanese:ゴメスGomes) is the head of a pirate band that took overGalder Harbor town, and the boss ofChapter 2 ofFire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light and its remakes,Mystery of the Emblem Book 1 andShadow Dragon. Gomer is the rude surprise awaitingMarth's band upon their arrival on the mainland, and their first obstacle standing between them andAurelis.

As a minor boss, Gomer's characterization is limited, but things can be seen about his personality. Despite being a mere pirate captain, Gomer was able to take over the entire town of Galder and ruled the town with an iron fist.[1] Gomer was confident in his ability to take outAltea's knights personally.
