Glowing Ember (Japanese:蛍火Firefly light) is a specialskill which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes. Glowing Ember allows the user to deal additional damage to the target based on a large percentage of their ownDefense. Glowing Ember can be considered a weaker variation of two other special skills, one beingBonfire having the same effect but faster cooldown, the other beingIgnis having the same cooldown but a stronger effect.
Glowing Ember was later introduced into the main series inThree Houses, where it is acombat art. It retains its effect of boosting damage based on the user's defense.
