First game

Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem

Glower (Japanese:グラウアーGlower) is a sinistertome which appears only inFire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem. It completely ignores theresistance stats of the user's enemies, and unlike the earlierLuna tome which had a similar effect, Glower has respectablemight of its own, making for quite a dangerous tome. It is exclusive to enemySorcerers in later chapters, first appearing inChapter 20. It is a replacement forDulam, another enemy-exclusive dark-themed tome with an animation themed around eyes, which appeared in the originalMystery of the Emblem but did not return for the remake.
