Gerrard (Japanese:ゲラルドGerrard) is the boss of thePrologue ofFire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War and an underling ofMunnir.
Biography
While Grannvale's armies are off to war inIsaach, PrinceMunnir ofVerdane led a surprise assault against the dukedom ofYngvi and seize the castle. As Munnir takes Edain back with him to Yngvi, he leaves Gerrard in charge of the forces in the border at Evans Castle.[1] After Gerrard learns ofDiMaggio's failure, he orders the bridge across the Jun River to be restored, and that the remaining forces move in.[2] He ultimately died fighting againstSigurd's forces.
Role
Gerrard is one of the bosses ofEvans in thePrologue, and is the guardian of Evans castle.

Personality
Gerrard is a crude and ruthless brigand, showing no shame about his sexual desires, which caused Edain to react with disgust towards the brigands of Verdane and their leader for their lack of decency.[3]
