Flame Battleaxe

Flame Battleaxe (Japanese:炎帝の烈斧Flame emperor's fierce axe) is a weaponskill in theaxe category which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; it is apersonal weapon of theFlame Emperor. Flame Battleaxe reduces special cooldown count, boostsattack andspeed, and neutralizes penalties and effects converting bonuses into penalties on the user and their allies with lessHP; it also boosts its user's stats during combat when their HP is not low.
