Flaer (Japanese:フレアー ) is a general ofBern leading a group ofEtrurian revolutionaries against loyalists to KingMordred, and the boss ofchapter 13 ofFire Emblem: The Binding Blade. Initially assigned to take outRoy and his army during thebattle in Juteaux, Flaer opted to puta dragon in charge of the operation and flee that scene to return to Etruria; as his luck would have it, Flaer's next assignment had him travel to theMissur peninsula and right into Roy's army's path. Flaer proved to be able to be overcome as an obstacle between Roy's army andArcadia, and ended up defeated.
