Fjorm (Japanese:フィヨルムFjorm) is a princess ofNifl, and a character who debuts as a major protagonist in Book II ofFire Emblem Heroes.

There are six different variations of Fjorm available toHeroes. The normal variation of Fjorm is a Legendary Hero, added to the cast of the game at the launch of Book II, and is the fourth original character in the game to be playable; this variation of Fjorm was made available for summoning as part of the first Legendary Hero summoning focus released on November 28, 2017, the same day as the Book II update, and a 5★ Fjorm can also be obtained by clearingChapter 1 of Book II. A New Year's-themed variation of Fjorm was made available between the period of January 1, 2019 through February 1, 2019 as part of the summoning event surrounding theNew Year's Wish update. A bridal variation of Fjorm was made available between the period of May 21, 2019 and June 21, 2019 as part of the summoning event surrounding theBridal Belonging update; this variation is notably the only character variation introduced in the update whose normal variation was already in the game by the time of that update, and the first staff user in the game who does not have access toImbue or any other special skill as part of her default kit. An ascended variation of Fjorm, based on her after gaining the power ofNifl, the first of the Ascended Hero character type, is one of the characters added to the game in theWhat Remains update, and became available for summoning by players on October 18, 2021. A summer variation of Fjorm was added in theSummer Firsts update, and was first available to summon from July 7, 2023. An Ice Tribe-themed variant of Fjorm—a duo hero paired withNifl—was added on September 6, 2024, and was first available to summon from then to October 3, 2024.

Fjorm is the princess of the ice kingdom Nifl. Her kingdom was destroyed by the fire kingdomMúspell and she witnessed as its king,Surtr, killed her mother. She is first mentioned insecond intermission of Book I by her elder sisterGunnthrá.

She first appears in person in Chapter 1 of Book II. At the end of Part 4, Fjorm is battling against Surtr inAskr. However, she is too weak to stand up to him, and collapses from exhaustion. In Part 5, asLoki is about to finish her, theOrder of Heroes shows up and rescues her. After waking up at the Askran castle, Fjorm allies herself with the Order.

Fjorm is described byGunnthrá as being gentle, but prone to agonizing over things. Despite her apparent gentle nature, however, she vows revenge onSurtr after he kills her mother, fighting him to the point of exhaustion against overwhelming odds. Fjorm also seems to be traditional in her beliefs, as she exhibits a drive to repay a debt toKiran for saving her. This belief stems from a tradition in Nifl where if a person saves someone else from the snow, they owe the savior a debt or favor.

Fjorm: Princess of Ice
Fjorm's the second princess of Nifl, the icy kingdom named after a legendary dragon.	Fjorm once led a peaceful life in the Kingdom of Ice together with her mother and her royal siblings. Fjorm's the second-eldest princess of Nifl, the Kingdom of Ice. But for this appearance, she's joining us on our beach vacation, and she's brought the perfect outfit for the occasion!	Count on Fjorm to make sure her wraparound skirt and brooch are decorated with the symbol of Nifl. That beach ball is adorable too—it looks just like Feh, our messenger owl! Fjorm’s the second princess of Nifl, the Kingdom of Ice, and she’s my friend too! She’s here with new powers and new attire bestowed upon her by the other Nifl, the god of ice, as she confronts the winter of annihilation!	This outfit is immediately striking with its hat lined with soft-looking fur and wings and boots fashioned from an ice-like material. The kingdom of Nifl has endured many harsh winters that I suppose must have inspired the look!	The thrusting end of the lance Fjorm’s carrying is coated with razor-sharp ice. Looks like her foes would be frozen solid before they even knew what hit them!	Fjorm is resolute as she confronts the winter of annihilation. Her feats will surely inspire the Order of Heroes to even greater heights!

Laegjarn: Flame and Frost
Here's Laegjarn of Múspell, the Kingdom of Flame, and Fjorm of Nifl, the Kingdom of Ice! They're teaming up to take on Askr's ninja festival together!	They're both wearing special ninja attire for the festival, with Laegjarn's outfit conjuring up images of blazing fire, while Fjorm's has a cool, icy look. It looks like it'd be easy for them to sneak around doing ninja stuff in those outfits!	Oh, and check out their masks! Laegjarn's wearing a fire-dragon mask, and Fjorm's wearing an ice-dragon mask!	The two were once fated to fight against each other, so it's wonderful to see them working together on this special day. I'm sure they'll have a ton of fun together during the festival!
