Fire Emblem: Three Houses pre-release information
A new game in theFire Emblem series was announced in theFire EmblemNintendo Direct in early 2017, later revealed, after a year and a half without any new information, asFire Emblem: Three Houses at Nintendo'sE3 presentation on June 12th 2018. After a six-month-long drought of information, the game received a concrete release date and more detailed trailer during Nintendo's February 13 2019 Nintendo direct. Following that, information on the game began to be revealed more consistently, including a presentation at E3 2019 showing off much of the game's story and gameplay, culminating in the game's release on July 26th, 2019.
Pre-release history

Initial announcement (January 18, 2017)
Three Houses was initially announced on January 18th, 2017 in theFire EmblemNintendo Direct. At the time, it was announced without a subtitle and was only presented with the broad release date of "2018". Nothing of the game was shown during its initial announcing except for a genericFire Emblem logo. This drought of information would continue for the entirety of 2017, withIntelligent Systems focusing on the soon-to-be-released productsFire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia,Fire Emblem Heroes andFire Emblem Warriors instead.
Full reveal (June 12, 2018)

After about a year and a half without any information, the game received a full reveal trailer at Nintendo's 2018E3 showing on June 12th. The trailer demonstrated small sections of story and gameplay, and Nintendo announced that the game would release in Spring 2019, marking a delay from its initial 2018 release window.
Notably, unlike previousFire Emblem series reveals, the first footage revealed in any region showed English gameplay instead of Japanese. UnlikeTokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE,Fire Emblem Fates, andFire Emblem Warriors,Three Houses was not played by the Treehouse Staff during the post-presentation live stream.
Outside of Nintendo's official pre-release materials, 8-4, the company responsible for translatingFire Emblem: Shadow Dragon,Fire Emblem Awakening, andFire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, announced on Twitter that they were not involved with the localization ofThree Houses.[1]
Reveal trailer observations
Curiously, there are minor statistical differences between the English and Japanese trailers. It is unclear what this may have implied, such as semi-random base stats or ongoing balancing, at that point. A compilation of the differences are featured below
| Japanese vs English trailer comparisons | |
|---|---|
| Japanese footage | English footage |
| Edelgard appears to possess moredefense (end) andresistance (rsl) in the Japanese trailer, according to her battle stats in the bottom right. | |
| MatchingEdelgard's increased defensive stats,Mercedes is forecast to do less damage to Edelgard in the Japanese trailer. In the English trailer it seems Mercedes may have fought someone before this footage was recorded, as herIron Sword has been reduced by twodurability points compared to the Japanese trailer. | |
| Edelgard'sHP is inconsistent in this scene between the two trailers, possessing 30 in the Japanese one and 29 in the English one. Additionally, Edelgard's HP is at 29 in an earlier point of the Japanese trailer, despite being the samelevel, 3, as this segment. | |
| Byleth's damage output andcritical chance is higher in the English trailer.Hilda is also forecast to do more damage to Byleth in the Japanese trailer than the English trailer. In the English trailer Hilda'sIron Bow and Byleth'sIron Sword both have less durability (45) than in the Japanese trailer (50); it is unclear if the durability has been lowered or if the characters used their weapons some before the footage was taken in the English trailer. | |
Nintendo Direct trailer (February 13, 2019)

After another long period of silence, the game resurfaced in Nintendo's February 2019 Nintendo Direct. Prior to the airing of the Direct,Three Houses was confirmed to appear in the broadcast on Nintendo's social media accounts.[2] During the Nintendo direct the game was confirmed for a worldwide release date of July 26th 2019.
The direct introduced the game's eponymous three houses, theBlack Eagles,Blue Lions, andGolden Deer. Also featured was some elaboration to the game's world and setting, discussing the houses, theGarreg Mach Monastery, the powers ofFódlan, and theChurch of Seiros.
With the game's appearance in the Nintendo Direct, official pages went up for the game across several different languages. In particular, a Japanese Nintendo article for the game confirmed that the character artist for the game isChinatsu Kurahana (Japanese:倉花千夏).[3]
TheSeasons of Warfare special edition of the game for North America, containing an artbook, sound selection CD, steelbook case, and calendar, was also announced on Nintendo of America's social media account.[4] On the same day, the Seasons of Warfare special edition of the game for the UK was announced on Nintendo UK's twitter account, with different contents: the same art book and steelbook case, but different art on the box, a sound selection on a custom USB, and a pin set based on the emblems of the three houses.[5] On March 8, the Japanese special edition—theFódlan Collection—was revealed, containing an artbook, a sound selection CD, and a steelbook case featuring artwork distinct from the Seasons of Warfare editions.[6]
Nintendo Direct trailer observations
Like the E3 2018 trailer there are several minor differences between the Japanese and English trailers.
First Famitsu article (April 22-25, 2019)

Famitsu's online preview for its May 2019 issue, which was to include an article onThree Houses, was posted online on April 22nd.[7] It announced that the upcoming issue would discuss gameplay mechanics and the game story, and would feature several new screenshots and character artwork.
When the issue released on April 25, it discussed several mechanics.[8] Terrain effects, such as warp tiles and healing tiles were shown. Theclass system was discussed, mentioning that theNoble andCommoner classes can wield any weapon and progress to more specialized classes. The magazine provided a blurb on the game story as well.
- "Armies flooding the plains, a violent clash, a battle's end. Then a mysterious girl appears. Night after night, the protagonist–a member of their father's mercenary band–always experiences this strange dream. One day, after having the same dream multiple times, they found youths being attacked by bandits. The protagonist shielded the youths from a bandit's blade and, at that moment, time stopped and the girl from their dreams appeared. The girl Sothis saved the protagonist's life by using her powers to rewind time. She allowed the protagonist to borrow her power and vanished. The protagonist discovers that the youths attacked by the bandits were students from the officer's academy at the Garreg Mach Monastery–and the future leaders of the three largest nations of Fódlan. After saving the youths, the protagonist's power was recognized and they were invited to the academy to become a professor. This invitation will forever change the protagonist's fate..."[8]
The article also revealed several character details:Byleth's fatherJeralt was once a legendary knight ofSeiros,Sothis has amnesia, and a general personality description forClaude,Dimitri, andEdelgard.[8] Additionally, the article included several screenshots of conversations between Byleth and students around the Monastery.[9]
The article also coveredDivine Pulse (Japanese:天刻の拍動), aturn-rewinding mechanic similar toMila's Turnwheel fromFire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia.[8]
Character profiles on social media (April 25-July 8)
Coinciding with the release of the first Famitsu article on April 25, 2019, the Japanese Fire Emblem Twitter account began to post a brief profile of a character, both students and faculty, along with artwork and a short clip of a cutscene of the character talking; they were usually posted on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday of a week, though some bios were posted on other days while some days were missed. Byleth was the first character to receive such a bio,[10] while the final profile was onCyril, posted on July 6.[11]
On May 18, whenHanneman's profile was posted, an additional cutscene where Hanneman explained the nature ofCrests[12] and a screenshot of Byleth looking at a Crest[13] were posted as well.Catherine, whose bio was posted on June 15, received an additional cutscene featuring her—a portion of which had been seen in the February Nintendo Direct—with a description of theHeroes' Relics,[14] as well as an additional post referring to the sword Byleth wields as the "Sword of the Creator" and calling it one of the Heroes Relics.[15] In addition to students and staff, some of the major antagonists were given profiles as well: theFlame Emperor and theDeath Knight were both given bios on May 30th,[16][17] and the three villains revealed in the June 19th Famitsu article—Kronya,Solon, andThales—were all given bios on June 22;[18][19][20] each of these characters were only accompanied by screenshots and not a portion of a cutscene, likely to avoid revealing any story details.
One day after the Japanese Twitter account posted Byleth's profile, the UK Fire Emblem Facebook page began posting character bios in English. These bios featured a description of the character, but lacked any in-game screenshots or cutscenes, hosting only a piece of official artwork for each character. Byleth's bio was posted on April 26th,[21] and the next four profiles coincided with the Japanese Twitter posts. Afterwards, posts became less regular, with 11 posts over about two months.Jeralt andRhea received profiles, then one student from each of the three houses would be profiled together. The Flame Emperor and the Death Knight each received a bio,[22][23] and the final profile on July 8th was of the members of "those who slither in the dark": Solon, Thales, and Kronya.[24]
Second Famitsu article (May 14-15, 2019)

Famitsu's preview of its second article onThree Houses was posted online on May 15th. The preview included artwork ofHilda and a screenshot of a conversation betweenBernadetta andDorothea. The preview announced the article would include character introductions and looks into theSkill,Crest,Battalion, andAcademy systems.[25]
The full issue was released on May 15th. It included an overview of Skills and Crests as well as the profiles of 10 characters, including, revealing their personal skills and crests. The article further described the function of Battalions andGambits, things hinted at in the full reveal in June of the previous year. The article introduced the new weapon type—Gauntlets—and the intermediate-levelclasses, and included an in-depth look at the Academy mechanics and how they work.[26]
The article concluded with a description of theChurch of Seiros and the Crests, including two blurbs:
- "The Church of Seiros, which is deeply rooted in Fódlan, was founded by the Divine Seiros. In the distant past, they fought against the Liberation King Nemesis during the War of Heroes, to restore order to Fódlan. It's said they helped to establish the Adrestian Empire as well. As time passed, the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus became independent, and later the Leciester Alliance split off as well. A long war was fought over supremacy. However, in the present era, the nations exist in equilibrium and it's largely thanks to the Church of Seiros."[26]
- "Many of the nobility, who are descended from Fódlan's Ten Greats who fought during the War of Heroes, hail from families that bear crests. Crests are passed down by bloodline, but not all descendants inherit crests and only a small number of people can invoke their abilities. Crests are divided into "Major Crests" that contain immense power and "Minor Crests" whose power is weaker. Generally, it's believed the stronger the hero's blood, the higher the chance of having a major crest. But a child with a major crest can suddenly be born and the reason behind this is currently unknown."[26]
u/thanibomb leaks (May 15)
On May 15, 2019, Reddit user u/thanibomb posted a topic on Reddit titled "Three Houses Spoiler Thread" claiming to have inside information onThree Houses, and would answer questions on the game in a question-and-answer format in the comments of the post, additionally claiming that they had "sprinkled a few 'hints' here and there for the past few weeks". In their replies, some of thanibomb's claims included Claude gaining a wyvern upon promotion, Dimitri getting an eyepatch and a change of hairstyle, the presence of a five-year time skip, and the identity of the swordswomanCatherine.[27]
While thanibomb did not directly substantiate their claims, many of them were directly confirmed by the E3 2019 trailer later that year, and the leak was accepted as true.
| Quote | Notes |
|---|---|
| Q: Alright, here's my biggest one: do you fight the students from the routes you don't take at some point? A: Yes. And theydie.[28] | -- |
| Q: [...] what is the thing that excites you the most? A: The fact that Claude gains a wyvern in his canon promotion![29] | Claude's personalBarbarossa class indeed rides awyvern. |
| Q: What’s controversial about the design? A: He gets unique facial hair and is quite flashy![...] Try sideburns. :P[30] | Claude indeed gains facial hair that can be described as sideburns after the five year timeskip. |
| Q: Can you tell us which other characters are bisexual, other than Linhardt, if you can? Maybe one female character? A: Edelgard, Dorothea, Sothis, and a few more.[31] | -- |
| Q: Sothis? Sothis is an actual unit? A: Surprise![32] | While thanibomb's answer is technically nonspecific, most would consider this answer only partially true.Sothis is not a unit beyond being able to build support levels withByleth. The confusion is likely due to Sothis andRhea being able to support with a player character while being unplayable, an uheard of feature at the time. |
| Q: Will Rhea be the twist villain like everybody expects? A: She should actually be recruitable.[33] | Incorrect, the misconception most likely came from Rhea being a supportable unplayable character, an unheard of feature at the time. |
| Q: Do the students not in your house get corrupted into monsters by their family crests? A: Potentially![34] | This can happen toDedue during theCrimson Flower route. This also happens to the characterMiklan, he is neither playable nor a student, however. |
| Q: How is Dimitri's character and promotion? I'm guessing he gains a horse? A: I actually LOVE all the lords in terms of character and design from what I've been told so far. Dimitri's "shadow" actually has to do with the trauma he faces prior to and as the story progresses. He is the sole survivor of his family's massacre and suffers greatly because of it. Much of his storyline revolves around this and his battle with his own mental health. Thank you to my source for telling me this if you're reading this! I thought Dimitri would be my least favorite of the three, but his story is actually just as good as the other two's. In regards to promotion, he gains swords and authority (the flag icon). No mount from what I recall. He does lose an eye though...[35] | Dimitri's promoted class being infantry, losing an eye, and the general description of his character arc are all correct. |
| Q: [...] Claude's post time-skip appearance.... can you describe him? Are these sideburns like super flashy and intense? Are they tasteful at least? Should I imagine the fake sideburns from spongebob? A: I don't know about the first two questions, but Claude's appearance will definitely be hit or miss for many people. His wyvern is very cool though. It's white with orange hair. There should be a pegasus class that could wield bows as well.[36] | The Barbarossa class having a white wyvern is correct, however it has no mane and there is no bow-specializing pegasus-mounted class. Though the Barbarossa itselfcan use bows. |
| Q: Can you tell us a bit of Edelgard´s backstory? Also how does she look post time skip? A: I can reveal very little of Edelgard's backstory for spoiler reasons. I can tell you that her father is the emperor (obviously) and that her mother married into Dimitri's family, making them stepsiblings. The fourth path is actually a branching path from her original path.[37] | -- |
| Q: Can you only get characters from the house you pick? A: You can recruit one member from another house. Not a lord or retainer though.[38] | Partially correct; the player can indeed recruit characters to their chosen house from other houses, but it is not limited to only one. |
| Q: Will Manuela and Hanneman be playable? If so, on what routes A: Yes. I don’t know which routes exactly.[39] | Manuela andHanneman are available on several routes. |
| Thereis a 5 year timeskip though, and a new form of "skinship."[40] | The presence of a timeskip is correct. "Skinship" is a fairly common fan-term to refer to the minigame fromFates'in the Private Quarters, which means thanibomb was likely saying this in reference to theTea Party minigame. |
| The story is more akin to Radiant Dawn's, where each chapter is a small part of a greater "part." Part 1 has a heavy focus on the academy, for example, while Part 2 does not.[41] | Part 1 is confirmed |
| Almyra plays a big role in Claude’s path.[42] | -- |
| I don't know the names, but the weapons should be linked to the crests. The game has very close connections to Genealogy of the Holy War, from the darker storyline to the characterization. Each noble "house" has access to certain crests + weapons. The weapons are wieldable by units who don't have the respective crests IIRC, but there are very dire consequences...[43] | Broadly correct. Wielding a weapon without the appropriate crest can cause the wielder to be warped into the shape of a monster. However, outside of cutscenes, it only damages the HP the person uses the weapon. |
| Q: What does Edlegard get when she promotes? A: To her canon class? Axes, armor, authority. Think the Emperor class from FE4 but cooler. She'll definitely be armor whale bait in Heroes.[44] | -- |
| IIRC, certain levels of supports are unlocked after certain story points.[45] | Correct. |
| Cyril is the non generic looking knight next to Geralt in the trailer.[46] | Incorrect, though she may have gotten two characters' named swapped accidentally. The man seen in the trailer next to Jeralt isAlois. |
| A character named Alois that works in the monastery that is from Almyra I believe. A student of Geralt named Cyril.[47] | As mentioned above, the names of Cyril and Alois seem to have been accidentally swapped. |
| Q:Who's the blonde lady knight from the trailer? A:Catherine “The Thunder.”[48] | Correct |
| Rhea’s advisor is named Setes.[49] | Mostly correct; however Setes is known by the nameSeteth in the English release. Both "Seteth" and "Setes" are valid interpretations of how his Japanese is written. |
| Q: Are there playable Dragon and Beast units? A: Yes to dragons, unsure about beasts.[50] | Debatably correct but likely not in the way that the asker had intended; there are playable characters who are dragons in disguise, but there are no playable dragon units. |
| I’m not sure, but a unique addition in this game is that you can potentially S support non-playable characters. Not sure if they’re planning to include this in the final version of the game though.[51] | -- |
| Q: How long is part 1? A: Around a dozen chapters.[52] | -- |
| There are different factions of the church. Some are noble in their intentions while some are not. Think of the Begnion Senate but less... black and white? There’s a certain “flame” you have to deal with early in the game as well.[53] | "flame" may refer to theFlame Emperor |
Third Famitsu article (May 28-29)

Famitsu's preview of its thirdThree Houses article was posted online on May 28th, 2019. It included artwork of theDeath Knight and theFlame Emperor. The preview announced the article would include information on the earlier stage of the story and character interactions.[54]
The full issue was released on May 29th, 2019. The article included profiles for the Death Knight and Flame Emperor and an overview of how choosing a house would affect the game's story. The article described how ally units interact on the battlefield: theSupport andGambit systems. Also included were a few examples of things on a battle map that could be interacted with and a brief mention of dropable items. E3 2019 (June 11-12)

During Nintendo's 2019E3 Direct, a trailer forThree Houses was included as a part of a sequence of trailers, later uploaded on it's own to Nintendo's YouTube channel. The trailer focused on the game's story, revealing a five-year time skip and new designs forByleth,Edelgard,Dimitri, andClaude.[57] The next day,Three Houses was the first game of Nintendo Treehouse's live demonstration, later uploaded on its own as well. The Treehouse presentation served as the first official English look into the game's mechanics, demonstrating thecombat art andDivine Pulse systems as well as the Monastery phase.[58]
While Nintendo Treehouse demoed the game live, many gaming publications were given a chance to play a demo of a battle map featuring a large beast referred to as the "King of Beasts". Some publications' recordings of the demo were uploaded to their respective YouTube channels,[59][60] while other publications chose instead to write articles on the subject.[61]
Fourth Famitsu article (June 17-21)

Famitsu's preview of its fourthThree Houses article was posted online on June 17, 2019. It included artwork ofEdelgard,Dimitri, andClaude's designs after the time skip. The preview announced the article would cover the story after the five year time skip and new systems and characters.[62]
Famitsu's full article was released on June 19th, 2019.[63] The article included screenshots showing the time skip designs ofFelix andBernadetta, as well as profiles for nine students and three new villains,Thales,Solon, andKronya. The article further detailed activities available at theMonastery prior to the time skip and advancedclasses.[63]
Famitsu's online article featured more images than its physical release, including artwork ofAnna and the three new villains, screenshots of the time skip designs ofAshe,Lorenz,Hilda,Caspar, andFelix, and more screenshots of the various activities at the monastery.[64]
Japanese Overview trailer and commercials (July 3)
On July 3rd, Nintendo uploaded an overview trailer forThree Houses to their Japanese YouTube channel,[65] along with four short commercials. The trailer highlighted information previously revealed by prior trailers and Famitsu articles, though the clips show new maps, cutscenes, character models, etc. The trailer concludes with a clip from a cutscene ofByleth andEdelgard fighting after the time skip, then a mention of the expansion pass.[66]
The first two commercials focused on the story of the game without particular focus with relation to the time skip,[67][68] the third focused on gameplay from before the time skip,[69] and the final focused on the students prior to the time skip.[70]
Japan Expo (June 27-July 5)
On June 27th, it was announced thatThree Houses would be presented at theJapan Expo in Paris, France by Chief Graphic Designer Toshiyuki Kusakihara and Director Genki Yokota on July 5th.[71] The presentation demonstrated some of the Academy portion of the game and the previously-seen King of Beasts map.[72] Later at the Japan Expo, Kusakihara and Yokota were interviewed by French gaming website Jeuxvideo on the development ofThree Houses. Among the topics discussed were the game's online features and the 80 hour play time of a single route.[73]

The article concluded with a description of the advanced classes not previously discussed in the previous article.[75] The online version of the article, released later that day, included higher quality images and more of them, including screenshots of some of the texts in the Monastery Library.[76]
Sixth Famitsu article (July 16-18)
Famitsu previewed its sixthThree Houses article on July 16th. The preview announced that the upcoming article would include a summary of the information Famitsu had revealed previously as well as reviews from some of Famitsu's writers.[77]
The full article released on July 18th; the physical issue included a scored review, information summary, and "play reviews", while the online article only included the play reviews. Famitsu awardedThree Houses with a score of 37 out of 40, putting it on par withFire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia for the highest score in the series. Famitsu's play reviews were written by three different writers, each with a different level of experience with the series and each playing a different route.[78]
Other
Nintendo posted articles onThree Houses to their Japanese website coinciding with Direct trailers, and the officialThree Houses website was updated periodically with character bios and information that had been provided in previous Directs or Famitsu articles.
Various YouTube personalities were given the opportunity to previewThree Houses alongside Nintendo Treehouse. Starting June 25th, recordings of these previews were uploaded to YouTube. The demo was comprised of a portion of the Academy section during the 8th month, then the map featuring the King of Beasts from the E3 demos.[79][80]

Differences to final
E3 2018 differences
The footage from E3 2018 was clearly from an earlier version of the game and features several instances showing its in-development status. Not only are there graphical differences, there are also several instances where artwork and the game localization were slightly different.
| E3 2018 footage of the game shows theNoble class going by the name "Aristocrat". Japanese footage from the time period still has the class named貴族 meaning this was an early localization adjustment and the class name remained the same in Japanese. | |
| E3 2018 footage of the game shows many characters using generic models, likeMercedes in the screenshot shown here. Characters in the trailer that did use generic models includeMercedes,Hilda, and others. Characters notable for not using generic models at the time wereByleth,Edelgard,Dimitri,Claude,Hanneman, andManuela. | |
| Edelgard's portrait artwork was almost entirely reshaded and had fairly significant lineart cleanup between E3 2018 and the February 2019 Nintendo Direct. Both files here are sourced from press kits released during the respective time periods. | |
| Dimitri's portrait artwork received minor shading and lineart cleanup across the entire portrait between E3 2018 and the February 2019 Nintendo Direct. Both files here are sourced from press kits released during the respective time periods. The cleanup on his hair and thickening of his eyebrows are particularly noticeable. | |
| Claude's portrait artwork received minor shading and lineart cleanup across the entire portrait between E3 2018 and the February 2019 Nintendo Direct. Both files here are sourced from press kits released during the respective time periods. Claude has the most subtle changes to his portrait, in comparison to the other two. | |
| Hilda's portrait appears to have been redrawn almost entirely between E3 2018 and April 2019. Both files here are sourced screenshots released during the respective time periods. |

He also gains a few other things aesthetically that could be a bit... controversial... to some, but I like them! His wyvern also looks very unique compared to other wyverns.

thanibomb: Hi albs!I actually LOVE all the lords in terms of character and design from what I've been told so far. I thought Dimitri would be my least favorite of the three, but his story is actually just as good as the other two's.In regards to promotion, he gains swords and authority (the flag icon). No mount from what I recall. He does lose an eye though..." —Three Houses Spoiler Thread, Reddit.com,Published: May 15, 2019,Retrieved: Jan 4, 2026 - ↑"goya_tin:How much interaction are students from different houses/countries allowed to have? Before like, apparently killing each other in the war. Does this affect anything story/gameplay wise?Does the teaching thing/calendar system continue after you leave the school?Claude's post time-skip appearance.... can you describe him? Are these sideburns like super flashy and intense? Are they tasteful at least? Should I imagine the fake sideburns from spongebob?thank you so much btw! your claude info is watering my goddamn crops tho this apparent post-skip claude might burn them lmao. kinshi knight but on a wyvern sounds sick af, and i love his backstory (at least, what you've said abt it so far)
thanibomb: I don't know about the first two questions, but Claude's appearance will definitely be hit or miss for many people. His wyvern is very cool though. Also how does she look post time skip?
thanibomb: I can reveal very little of Edelgard's backstory for spoiler reasons. The fourth path is actually a branching path from her original path. She looks the least changed out of the three lords. Does it work like in most games in the series, where every map is a new chapter, or is it closer to how Gaiden and Echoes handled chapters, where chapters are closer to a fraction of the story? Please forgive me for my slight skepticism at the beginning of my comment. I mean no offense, but I have had far too many experiences with supposed "leakers" and "insiders" in the past. Have a wonderful day.
thanibomb: The story is more akin to Radiant Dawn's, where each chapter is a small part of a greater "part." Part 1 has a heavy focus on the academy, for example, while Part 2 does not.No it's totally fine. It's 100% possible that much of what I'm saying could be changed in the final copy of the game or that I'm just remembering certain things wrong, but I assure you I'm being as truthful as I can be. thanibomb: Yes. Almyra plays a big role in Claude’s path.
Acehuds: In another comment you have stated that he is actually the prince of Almyra correct? If so, is there a reason that hasn’t been revealed to us yet?Currently Claude is told by Nintendo to us as a member of the Regan family, and the family that holds the most influence in the Leicester alliance.

thanibomb: I don't know the names, but the weapons should be linked to the crests. The game has very close connections to Genealogy of the Holy War, from the darker storyline to the characterization. Each noble "house" has access to certain crests + weapons. The weapons are wieldable by units who don't have the respective crests IIRC, but there are very dire consequences..." —Three Houses Spoiler Thread, Reddit.com,Published: May 15, 2019,Retrieved: Jan 4, 2026 - ↑"[deleted user]:What does Edlegard get when she promotes?
