Encouragement

Encouragement (Japanese:鼓舞激励Encouragement) is a single-tiered passive type Cskill which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal skill of the rearmed variation ofHinoka. Encouragement grants stat boosts, Treachery, and Incited to its user and their nearby allies; it inflicts stat debuffs, neutralizes bonuses, and mitigates damage-reducing skills for nearby enemies; and when its user initiates combat or is near an ally, it boosts the damage they deal, neutralizes effects that guarantee the foe's or prevent the user'sfollow-up attacks, and it increases the power of Potent Follow X%.
