Eibel (Japanese:エイベルEibel) is anArchanean general in charge of a force occupyingAltea and the boss ofChapter 15 ofFire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem Book 2 and its remake,New Mystery of the Emblem. Eibel and his band of both Archaneans and soldiers ofGra are the welcome wagon awaitingMarth and his army upon their return from the trials alongAnri's Way, and has somehow been able to convinceAbel to join his cause by keepingEst as a hostage. Marth and his army eventually fight their way past Eibel's band, defeat Eibel, and make their way into the Altean castle.
