Divine Speed

Divine Speed (Japanese:神速Divine Speed) is askill which debuted inFire Emblem Engage. The engage skill ofEmblem Marth, it allows the user to make an extra attack that deals reduced damage. As an engage skill, it can have additional effects depending on the unit type of the user.
InFire Emblem Heroes, it is namedPotent, and is a four-tiered passive type Bskill. If reducing the foe'sspeed would allow the user to follow up, Potent grants its user Potent Follow—which grants the user an additional follow-up attack at reduced damage—and determines the damage based on how many attacks the user can make.
