Diplomacy Staff

Diplomacy Staff (Japanese:軍師の諫言の杖Strategist's admonishment staff) is a weaponskill in thestaff category which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; it is apersonal weapon ofAugust. At the start of its user's phase, Diplomacy Staff boosts three of the user's support partner's stats and guarantees their partner afollow-up attack when initiating combat, and reduces the support partner's special cooldown count and prevents their foes in combat from making follow-up attacks if at least one of their allies has been defeated; additionally, Diplomacy Staff calculates damage like non-staff weapons.
