Devoted Breath

Devoted Breath (Japanese:永き愛のブレスBreath of eternal love) is a weaponskill in thebreath category which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; it is apersonal weapon of the Valentine's variation ofRhea. Devoted Breath boosts the stats of its user's nearby allies, reduces the damage their foes deal, and allows them to survive a lethal attack with 1 HP; additionally, when the foe initiates combat or has high HP, it boosts its user's stats, boosts the damage its user deals and reduces that of the foe, reduces the potency of the foe's damage-reducing skills, and allows the user to survive a lethal attack with 1 HP.
