TheDevil Sword (Japanese:デビルソードDevil Sword) is a fairly raresword-type weapon in theFire Emblem series. It is a high-risk high-reward weapon, typically with a low weapon level and high damage output, but with the possibility of the user getting damaged instead of the target. Damage done to the user upon backfire is the damage that would have been done to the target had the attack not backfired, except inFire Emblem: Shadow Dragon andFire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem, where the backfire damage is calculated as if the user attacked themselves.

The Devil Sword made its first appearance inFire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light. It has appeared less commonly than its more famousaxe counterpart, having only appeared in the games set onArchanea and inThree Houses.
