Deluge Boost

Deluge Boost (Japanese:生命の疾風静水Gale-calm water of life) is a passive type Askill which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; despite having only one tier, it is namedDeluge Boost 3. When it user'sHP is not low, Deluge Boost increases its user'sspeed andresistance, and reduces the user's special cooldown charge when the user is near an ally.
