Defiant Res (Japanese:魔防の覚醒Awakening resistance) is a three-tiered passive type Askill which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill areDefiant Res 1,Defiant Res 2, andDefiant Res 3 in order from lowest to highest. Defiant Res boosts its user'sresistance when they start a turn with lowHP; the size of the boost increases with the skill's tier.
The skill was later introduced to the main series inThree Houses, where it is an ability obtained by mastering theHoly Knight class. It retains a similar effect and use to what it had inHeroes.
