Dazzling Breath

Dazzling Breath (Japanese:光輝のブレスBright Breath) is a weaponskill in thebreath category which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; it is apersonal weapon of the Legendary Hero variation ofFae. When the foe initiates combat or has highHP, Dazzling Breath reduces the foe's stats, prevents them from makingfollow-up attacks, and reduces their special skill cooldown charge when the user is near an ally.
