Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem

Cutting Gale (Japanese:シェイバーShaver) is a wind-themedtome introduced inFire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem. Along withExcalibur, it is one of the earliest tomes to possess the aesthetic and statistical traits that would later definewind magic, including beingvery effective against flying units. It reappears in the same capacity inNew Mystery of the Emblem. InThree Houses, Cutting Gale does not deal bonus damage to flying units.
