Chilling Seal (Japanese:氷の封印Seal of Ice) is a passive type Bskill which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; Chilling Seal comes in only one tier. At the start of the user's turn, Chilling Seal reduces theattack andspeed of the enemies with the lowestdefense.
