Chill Speed (Japanese:速さの封印Seal of Speed) is a three-tiered passive type Bskill which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill areChill Spd 1,Chill Spd 2, andChill Spd 3 in order from lowest to highest. Chill Spd reduces thespeed of the enemies with the highest speed; the size of the drop increases with the skill's tier.
