Charmer (Japanese:人たらしCon-artist) is askill which debuted inFire Emblem Engage. The personal skill of Fogado, it decreases the opponent's critical rate whenever the user fights the same opponent twice in a row, with no other enemies fought between the two encounters.
The skill also appears under the nameWear Down when used by corrupted Fogado in the Fell Xenologues.
