Certain Blow (Japanese:凶鳥の一撃Evil Bird's Strike) is askill which debuted inFire Emblem Fates. Associated with theSniper class, it drastically increases the user'shit rate whenever its user initiates a battle.
InEngage, it is one of several skills that are exclusively used by some high-level enemies on the game's hardest difficulty mode,Maddening. Certain Blow is exclusive to enemyWyvern Knights.

- In the German translation ofFates, the flavor text for Certain Blow erroneously claims that the skill increases the user's hit rate by 10 instead of 40.[1]
