Celestial Form

Celestial Form (Japanese:天風Heavenly form) is a specialskill which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes. Celestial Form boosts the damage its user deals based on theirspeed and if the user or foe is near abnormal terrain, and it reduces the damage the foe deals if the user's or foe's special is ready to or recently triggered and if the user's speed not much lower than the foe's or the user or foe is near abnormal terrain.
