Caring Magic

Caring Magic (Japanese:慈愛の王女の魔力Caring princess's magic) is a weaponskill in theblue tome category which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; it is apersonal weapon of emblem version ofCelica. When its user initiates combat or is near an ally, it boosts its user'sattack andspeed and the damage they deal based on their speed, neutralizes the foe's bonuses to speed andresistance, reduces the user's special cooldown count, and allows them tofollow up before the foe'scounterattack.
