Buffer (Japanese:回避・盾の鼓動Evasion · shield pulse) is a passive type Bskill which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; in spite of its name, Buffer has only one tier:Buffer 4. Buffer 4 is similar toShield Pulse, as it reduces its user's special cooldown count; reduces the foe'sspeed anddefense; boosts the user's speed when it is compared to another unit's; and reduces the damage the user takes based on the difference between their speed and their foe's.
