TheBroken Axe is anaxe weapon in theFire Emblem series. After being completely consumed, any axe becomes this. They are still usable, but their low accuracy and might, coupled with a considerable increase of weight, render them useless. These axes can be repaired with theHammerne staff, in anycastle, or from the blacksmith.
The broken axe appears only in four games—Mystery of the Emblem,Genealogy of the Holy War,Thracia 776, andThree Houses. In the rest of the series, weapons disappear after wearing out.
