TheBride (Japanese:花嫁Bride) is aspecial female-onlyclass exclusive toFire Emblem Awakening. It exists only as additionaldownloadable content, coming with the DLC chapterSmash Brethren 2 and debuting asEirika's class in said chapter. Using theWedding Bouquet which comes as one of the rewards for completion of the chapter, any female unit can bereclassed to Bride. The class is similar to theWar Cleric, using staves alongside melee weapons, here lances and bows.

The Bride does not exist in the game's data by default, and is only added to the game by the DLC package. As such, if a unit reclassed to Bride is sent viaStreetPass to a copy ofAwakening which has not purchased its DLC package, or if a copy of the game with the DLC purchase is loaded without the DLC present on the console's SD card, it shall appear in that copy of the game as anOutrealm Class.
