Brady is often misinterpreted as a knavish thug, mainly due to his menacing leer. Despite being the son of Maribelle, a paragon of noble refinement, Brady converses with boorish speech patterns. His bluntness when initially conversing with comes off as aggressive and hostile, resulting in many individuals having poor first impressions of him. In reality, these are mere misinterpretations of Brady.

Deep down, Brady is extremely sensitive, vulnerable, and emotional. His tough mannerisms are a means to mask them, but he will easily discard them in certain situations. This fact may be gleaned from his supports with his father, where he dismissively establishes an exterior of emotionless apathy towards the notion of being forgotten the moment the Brady of the current timeline is conceived. Upon being informed that he will neither be forgotten nor allowed to disappear from his father's life, this shell of stoic steeliness shatters, causing him to, as is his usual custom, cry as he retracts his words.

Brady dearly loves his mother and affectionately refers to her as Ma, despite her distaste for its informality. Brady noted that Maribelle's future self pounded as much noble pursuits into him in hopes of something sticking, with a vast majority unable to. Only his passion for the violin naturally stuck and he sometimes becomes so engrossed with his performances that he becomes emotional. Despite despising his noble etiquette training, he musters the will to do so out of love for her mother because it means so much to both her future and present counterparts. By the end of his support chains with Maribelle, he is able to converse completely with noble poise, but he admits that it is still suffocating to do so. Luckily, Maribelle has a change of heart about her son and both appreciates and adores her son for putting in the effort, finally allowing him to be who he truly is to her.

According to his in-game profile, Brady is said to be, in spite of looking intimidating, more likely to burst into tears than bust out a weapon, alongside being the most likely to incur friendly fire.
